The employee responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, which includes greeting guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving items promptly, and handling payments. They must possess strong communication skills, multitask efficiently, maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized work area, and work well within a team to ensure smooth, high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Customer Service: Greeting guests warmly, presenting menus, explaining specials, and answering questions about ingredients or allergens.
• Order Management: Taking food and beverage orders accurately, entering them into the POS system, and managing special dietary requests.
• Service Execution: Delivering food and beverages efficiently, performing table maintenance (e.g., clearing dishes, refilling drinks), and checking on satisfaction.
• Cash Handling: Processing payments, managing cash, and handling transactions through the POS system.
• Sanitation & Safety: Cleaning and resetting tables between seatings, maintaining a clean dining area, and adhering to food hygiene and safety standards.

Key Requirements & Skills:

• Excellent Communication: Strong verbal skills for interacting with guests and communicating with kitchen staff.
• Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tables simultaneously under high-pressure scenarios.
• Teamwork: A proactive attitude to help coworkers and ensure the overall guest experience is positive.
• Reliability: Punctuality, flexibility, and a strong work ethic, often involving evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long periods, as well as lift heavy trays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
