About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the overall operations of our new café in Sultanpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing day-to-day operations, leading service teams, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
  • Handle guest concerns, feedback, and escalations professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support staff scheduling, attendance monitoring, and shift management.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors and procurement teams as required.
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving revenue targets, controlling costs, and improving operational efficiency.
  • Prepare daily operational reports and maintain relevant documentation.
  • Drive guest engagement initiatives and contribute to enhancing overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Excellent guest relations and problem-solving abilities.
  • Understanding of restaurant operations, inventory management, and service standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotational shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in premium dining, lifestyle cafés, or upscale hospitality brands will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
