Job SummaryThe Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations during a assigned shift. This role ensures excellent customer service, maintains high product quality, and manages team performance to meet the coffee shop's standards and sales goals.Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management
• Supervise opening and closing procedures of the coffee shop.
• Delegate tasks to baristas and team members effectively.
• Ensure the shop complies with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock milk, coffee beans, and pastries as needed.
• Maintain high standards for coffee quality and beverage presentation.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming, and fast-paced environment for customers.
• Train and mentor new baristas on drink recipes and customer service.
• Motivate the team to achieve daily sales targets.
• Manage staff schedules, breaks, and shift attendance.
• Manage the cash register, perform till counts, and drops.
• Approve standard transactions, voids, and discounts
• Record daily sales reports and report discrepancies to the Store Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor, Senior Barista, or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress calmly.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
