Responsibilities

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of dine-in, takeaway, and delivery services.
  • Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve operational goals.
  • Monitor employee attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and effective team management.
  • Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and adherence to company SOPs.
  • Assist in inventory management, stock control, and minimizing wastage.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and store teams to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, statutory, and company regulations.

Requirements

  • Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in restaurant operations with supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
