Restaurant Operations Associate

We are hiring a Restaurant Operations Associate for a confidential restaurant technology project focused on improving the dine-in experience.

This is a field-based restaurant operations role. You will work directly with restaurants to set up the technology, configure their accounts, deploy QR codes, configure menus and tables, train staff, test the complete ordering journey, and ensure the restaurant is ready to operate successfully.

This is not a sales, promotion, advertising, barista, waiter, or restaurant service role.

You will work closely with the Merchant Success Associate during restaurant onboarding and activation.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Visit restaurants locally or anywhere across Delhi NCR.
• Coordinate with restaurant owners, managers, and staff during onboarding.
• Configure restaurant accounts and operational settings.
• Upload and organize restaurant menus.
• Configure restaurant tables and table mapping.
• Generate and deploy QR codes at appropriate tables.
• Test the complete customer ordering flow from scanning the QR code to order completion.
• Train restaurant staff on how to use the system.
• Assist restaurant staff during their initial usage.
• Identify and resolve basic operational or setup issues.
• Check whether restaurants are properly configured and activated.
• Follow up with restaurants after initial setup when required.
• Collect feedback from restaurant staff and report operational issues.
• Ensure the restaurant is fully ready and comfortable using the platform.

What This Role Requires

You should be comfortable with hands-on field work and working directly with restaurant staff.

You should have:

• Comfort working at restaurants and interacting with owners, managers, and staff.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good smartphone and web application skills.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Good observation and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow setup procedures carefully.
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

• Responsible and disciplined work habits.
• Willingness to take ownership of restaurant setup and activation.

Important: Understand the Nature of the Role

Before applying, please understand that this is a hands-on restaurant operations and implementation role.

A typical assignment may involve visiting a restaurant, configuring its account, setting up tables and QR codes, checking the menu, testing the ordering flow, explaining the system to staff, and making sure everything works correctly before the restaurant starts using it.

You will need to visit restaurants physically and interact with restaurant staff.

If you are specifically looking for a barista, waiter, kitchen, cashier, restaurant service, sales/promoter, or purely desk-based role, this position may not be suitable.

Working Hours

Working hours are flexible and may vary according to restaurant operating hours and onboarding requirements.

The role may require visits during appropriate restaurant business hours to complete setup, training, testing, and activation.

• ### Compensation Structure

You can earn *up to ₹700 per successfully onboarded restaurant*, based on completion of the following milestones:

• *₹200 — Onboarding:* Merchant account creation, complete setup, and required staff training.
• *₹300 — Activation:* Restaurant achieves *300 completed orders OR ₹20,000 cumulative revenue through Tabemi*, whichever comes first.
• *₹200 — 30-Day Support:* Required follow-up and merchant support during the first 30 days.

*Maximum earning: ₹700 per restaurant* upon completion of all three milestones.
