Vortexen Dynamics Industrial Solutions and Plus UAE Group are looking for a highly active and experienced Remote Recruiter to continuously identify, approach, screen, negotiate with, and maintain a strong backup pool of suitable employees for our business operations.

This role is not limited to posting vacancies and waiting for applications. The recruiter must actively hunt for experienced candidates from India, Nepal, UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf region, especially candidates who have worked in contracting companies, industrial services, construction, oil and gas, fire protection, business setup, PRO services, sales, operations, documentation and related fields.

The selected candidate will be responsible for building a continuous recruitment pipeline, creating backup candidate databases, supporting urgent hiring requirements, negotiating salary expectations and helping the company build strong operational and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously search, identify and approach suitable candidates for Vortexen and Plus UAE.
• Actively hunt candidates from India, Nepal, UAE and Gulf region markets.
• Find candidates with similar industry experience, especially from contracting companies, construction, oil and gas, industrial services, fire protection, business setup, PRO services and sales operations.
• Post jobs on relevant platforms, groups, portals and social media channels.
• Maintain an updated backup database of qualified candidates for each position.
• Screen candidates based on experience, communication, salary expectation, availability and suitability.
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist only genuine and relevant candidates.
• Negotiate salary, joining date, employment terms and availability.
• Coordinate with management for final interviews and hiring decisions.
• Build teams for sales, operations, technical, administrative, recruitment and back-office functions.
• Keep backup candidates ready for urgent replacement or expansion requirements.
• Verify candidate background, previous company details, location, documents and experience wherever required.
• Track recruitment status daily and submit proper reports.
• Support manpower planning for UAE, India and future expansion markets.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for contracting companies, construction companies, oil and gas service companies, industrial companies or manpower supply companies is preferred.
• Experience in Nepal, India or Gulf region candidate sourcing is highly preferred.
• Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, WhatsApp groups and recruitment databases.
• Ability to negotiate confidently with candidates.
• Strong screening and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently without daily supervision.
• Good understanding of remote hiring and international recruitment coordination.
• Experience recruiting sales, operations, technical, admin and field staff will be an advantage.

Important Note

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
