About The House Cafe

The House Cafe is a modern vegetarian café in Jaipur, offering a welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, refreshing beverages, and a unique café experience. We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused serving staff to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
  • Present menus and explain food and beverage options to customers.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders.
  • Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure tables are clean and properly arranged before and after service.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth order delivery.
  • Handle customer requests, queries, and complaints politely.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
  • Ensure guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
  • Assist with billing and payment collection when required.
  • Follow café service standards and operational procedures.

Requirements
