We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent beverage-making skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages as per company standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of beverages.
• Take customer orders and ensure a warm guest experience.
• Handle billing and POS operations when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and seating area.
• Monitor stock levels and inform management about inventory requirements.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service oriented with a friendly personality.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of coffee machines and equipment handling.

Preferred Skills:

• Latte art knowledge will be an added advantage.
• Passion for coffee and hospitality.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
