Job Role : Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations in a quick service restaurant. This role involves assisting in team supervision, ensuring smooth shift operations, and maintaining service, quality, and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations
  • Supervise team members during shifts and ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
  • Assist in staff scheduling and shift planning
  • Monitor inventory and minimize wastage
  • Handle basic customer concerns and ensure a positive experience
  • Support in achieving store targets and operational goals

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 2–3 years of experience in restaurant/QSR or hospitality industry
  • Basic team handling or supervisory experience preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
