Restaurant Manager
Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 3–6 Years
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent guest experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and operational skills with a good understanding of F&B service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
* Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff.
* Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
* Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service escalations professionally.
* Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and operational costs.
* Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
* Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily task allocation.
* Coordinate with Kitchen, Bar, Purchase, Finance, and other departments.
* Monitor sales, revenue, and restaurant performance.
* Drive upselling and support achievement of business targets.
* Conduct regular briefings and ensure effective team communication.
Requirements
* 3–6 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations.
* Strong leadership and team-management skills.
* Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
* Ability to handle pressure and resolve operational issues efficiently.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
