Location: Bandra West, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Main Focus: Table allocation, dining reservations, and restaurant service flow

Key Tasks:

  • Greeting guests at the restaurant entrance podium
  • Managing table seating, walk-ins, and advance reservations
  • Presenting food/beverage menus and noting dietary requirements
  • Passing guest preferences and special dining requests to the chefs and waiters
  • Coordinates With: Restaurant Managers, Waitstaff, and Kitchen Staff
