You will manage department heads (front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance) and report directly to ownership or the board. [1, 2, 3]Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Oversee daily activities across all departments to ensure smooth service flow, safety compliance, and property upkeep. [1, 2]
  • Financial & P&L Control: Manage annual budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, optimize room or service occupancy, and deliver profit targets. [1, 2]
  • Guest Relations: Maintain high satisfaction scores, manage VIP relations, and resolve complex or escalated guest complaints. [1, 2]
  • Staff Leadership: Hire, train, evaluate, and schedule department leads and team members to foster a positive workplace culture. [1, 2]
