Job Title: Restaurant Waiter

Job Summary:
We are looking for a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent dining service, ensuring guest satisfaction, taking food and beverage orders accurately, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain dishes, and recommend food and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints politely and escalate when necessary.
• Prepare tables before service and clear them after guests leave.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and restaurant premises.
• Process bills and assist with payment collection when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional approach.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred.

Qualification:

• Minimum 10th/12th pass or equivalent.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
