Salary Package:

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Cashier to join the Writer's Cafe team. The candidate will be responsible for handling billing transactions, maintaining cash accuracy, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth front counter operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle billing and payment transactions accurately through POS systems.
• Receive payments through cash, UPI, cards, and other payment methods.
• Maintain proper cash balance and prepare daily cash reports.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with billing queries.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth order processing.
• Ensure proper handling of bills, vouchers, and receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter area.
• Follow company policies related to cash handling and customer service.
• Support outlet operations during peak business hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Any Degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Cashier in a restaurant, café, bakery, or retail outlet preferred.
• Basic knowledge of POS billing systems and cash handling.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Honest, disciplined, and customer-oriented attitude.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Fast and accurate billing skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
