Hiring – Restaurant Manager (RM)
Location: Kondhwa, Pune

Experience: 2–4 years in Café / Restaurant Operations
Must have Coffee / Café experience
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 + Incentives + Service Charges

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily café operations and ensure smooth service.
  • Lead, train and manage the front-of-house team.
  • Monitor customer service, food & beverage quality.
  • Handle inventory, stock control and daily cash/POS operations.
  • Ensure hygiene, SOPs and service standards are maintained.
  • Resolve customer concerns and support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales targets.
