About the Role

Aminia Restaurant is looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Restaurant Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to create a positive dining experience from the moment guests arrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Escort guests to their tables and coordinate seating efficiently.
• Manage guest waiting lists during busy hours.
• Collect and maintain accurate guest details, including contact numbers.
• Encourage guests to share their dining feedback and record it accurately.
• Maintain guest records to support customer engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth guest flow.
• Answer basic customer inquiries regarding the menu, offers, and restaurant services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area.
• Ensure every guest receives courteous and attentive service.

Requirements

• Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); graduates are preferred.
• Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Pleasant personality with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with customer data entry.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
