Job Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options to customers.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly arranged before and after service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth order delivery.
• Handle customer requests, queries, and complaints politely.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
• Ensure guests have a pleasant and memorable dining experience.
• Assist with billing and payment collection when required.
• Follow café service standards and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Freshers with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly personality with a customer-first approach.
• Well-groomed and presentable.
• Ability to work in a team and manage busy hours.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of food service and table etiquette.
