Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Waiter to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages efficiently.
• Ensure orders are accurate and served on time.
• Communicate guest requirements and special requests to the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of tables and dining areas.
• Check on guests regularly and ensure their needs are met.
• Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and resetting.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members for smooth service.
• Assist with billing and payment collection when required.
• Support the team during busy periods and special events.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Waiter or in a similar F&B role.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Pay: ₹48,086.00 - ₹60,084.38 per month

Work Location: In person
