Hiring for Indian Accent / Comorin / Fireback / Drift
F&B Service Professionals (Captain /Steward / Snr Steward / Bartender)

Location: Lower Parel, Nilaya Anthology or Bandra for Indian Accent

Job Summary

We are looking for polished, service-driven Stewards, Senior Stewards, and Bartenders to join our team in Mumbai & Goa Team . You will deliver world-class, seamless, and engaging dining experiences. Responsibilities include managing restaurant side-stations, preparing high-end beverages, ensuring the dining area is pristine, and maintaining our exceptional hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities & Role-Specific Duties

1. Steward & Senior Steward

  • Guest Relations: Welcome and seat guests, present menus, explain dishes/ingredients, and anticipate customer needs.
  • Table Management: Ensure proper table setups, polish glassware and cutlery, clear used plates, and reset tables for the next guests.
  • Side-Station Setup: Keep serving stations fully stocked with napkins, condiments, and trays.
  • Team Leadership (Senior Steward): Supervise and guide junior stewards, ensure adherence to health and safety standards, and coordinate with the Restaurant Manager to guarantee smooth service during peak hours.

2. Bartender

  • Beverage Craftsmanship: Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes and standards.
  • Bar Operations: Maintain a clean, sanitized bar area, manage inventory, and order supplies.
  • Guest Interaction: Engage with guests warmly, offer recommendations on pairings/cocktails, and provide a memorable bar experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 1–4 years in upscale dining, luxury hotels, or premium restaurant brands.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, a well-groomed appearance, and the ability to stand/move for long periods.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of food, wine, spirits, and proper dining etiquette.
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality / Hotel Management is preferred.
