Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily café/restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent guest experience.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control wastage & costs.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently maintained.
- Coordinate with kitchen & service teams for seamless operations.
- Plan and execute promotional activities and events to drive sales.
- Track sales performance and prepare daily/weekly reports for management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
