Experience Required: 3–5 years in hotel or restaurant operations, preferably in multi-outlet management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Manage overall operations of restaurants, terrace dining, room service, and banquets.

* Supervise service quality and maintain guest satisfaction standards.

* Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office teams for smooth operations.

* Train and guide captains, stewards, and service staff as per hotel SOPs.

* Handle staff scheduling, duty rosters, and operational discipline.

* Monitor food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.

* Control inventory, wastage, and daily operational costs.

* Assist management in introducing new restaurant concepts and improving existing outlets.

* Ensure smooth execution of events, parties, and special functions.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
