Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of the restaurant while delivering high-quality service, maintaining standards, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Manage restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Maintain restaurant ambiance and cleanliness
• Track sales, prepare reports, and meet revenue targets
• Implement strategies to improve productivity and sales performance
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth service

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Proficiency in using POS systems (e.g., Petpooja preferred)
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or relevant field preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
