ORN Vacation Pvt. Ltd. is hiring aN HR Recruiter to join our HR and Recruitment team in Hebbal, Bengaluru.

We are looking for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Recruitment, Recruitment Executive, Candidate Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination, End-to-End Recruitment or Non-IT Recruitment.

The role will involve managing the complete recruitment cycle, from identifying and sourcing candidates to screening, interview coordination, offer rollout and candidate joining.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good sourcing knowledge and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, social media, employee referrals and recruitment databases.
• Search and identify relevant candidates based on job requirements.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening and telephonic interviews.
• Evaluate candidate experience, communication skills, salary expectations and notice period.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain strong candidate engagement and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate offer discussions, salary negotiations and offer rollout.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
• Build and maintain an active candidate pipeline and talent pool.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower and recruitment requirements.
• Handle multiple open positions and hiring requirements simultaneously.
• Support bulk hiring, volume hiring and non-IT recruitment when required.
• Meet defined recruitment targets, closure timelines and hiring SLAs.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Recruitment or Recruitment Executive roles.
• Good understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, resume screening and interview coordination.
• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment portals.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-search skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and candidate-management abilities.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies at the same time.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office and recruitment trackers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented recruitment environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Candidates with experience using job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, recruitment databases and candidate tracking systems will have an advantage.

Immediate joiners and candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
