Job Description

To manage customer servicing and relationship activities through understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable banking solutions, facilitating service delivery and ensuring compliance with regulatory and Bank policies.


Responsibilities
  • Servicing Branch Customers and maintaining branch operation in-line with Audit Compliance requirements.
  • Execute area mapping, cold calls and BTL activities to meet acquisition targets.
  • Complete accurate AOF/KYC and ensure CKYC submission without errors.
  • Cross‑sell insurance/investments and activate digital banking for all new customers.
  • Manage assigned portfolio for balances, usage and service requests within TAT.

Qualifications

Experience Range : 1 to 5 Years (Sales/ Service)

Qualifications : Graduate (Any Specialisation)
