We are seeking reliable and professional 1099 Call Center Agents to handle inbound and/or outbound calls from home. This is a remote, independent contractor position offering flexible scheduling and consistent work opportunities.

Agents must be comfortable working in a structured call center environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in all customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer inquiries
• Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines
• Maintain call quality, professionalism, and performance standards
• Document calls and customer interactions accurately

System & Technical Requirements (Required)

• Windows-based computer (required – no Mac or Chromebook)
• Minimum 8GB RAM (more recommended)
• Dual monitors required
• High-speed, hardwired internet connection
• Webcam required and must be on during training
• USB headset with noise-canceling microphone
• Quiet, distraction-free workspace

Other Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using multiple systems and applications simultaneously
• Must pass any required background or compliance checks (if applicable)
• Must speak English

Important Classification Notice
