Senior SAP BODS Consultant

Location: Bangalore

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP BODS Consultant with a strong background in data integration and transformation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and managing SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using SAP BODS.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform data profiling, data cleansing, and data transformation tasks to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Monitor and optimize ETL processes for performance and efficiency.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP BODS applications.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP BODS features and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) is a deal breaker.
• Proficient in data integration, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with SQL and database management systems.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with SAP BW and SAP HANA.
• Experience with data modeling and data architecture.
• Knowledge of other SAP tools and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in SAP BODS or related data integration technologies.
• Relevant certifications in SAP BODS or data management are a plus.
