Assisting in System Implementations:

• Assist in configuring modules and functionalities. Contribute to data migration tasks and testing activities.
• The candidate should have experience in a support role, specifically in migration to RISE with SAP S/4HANA, includes providing assistance throughout the migration process and post-migration support.

Documentation:

• Document configurations, processes, and procedures for futurereference. Prepare user manuals and training materials to facilitate the adoption ofsystems.

Issue Resolution:

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise duringimplementation or post-implementation.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and technical teams to addresschallenges.

Communication:

• Work closely to gather requirements and understand theirbusiness processes. Communicate project updates and gather feedback.

Testing:

• Participate in system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) phases. Help identify and report bugs or issues, and assist in their resolution.

Training End Users:

• Assist in training end-users on how to use systems effectively. Provide ongoing support and address user queries. Project Coordination: Support project managers in coordinating project activities.
• Ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within scope

Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technicalconsultants, business analysts, and project managers.

System Installation and Configuration:

• Install and configure SAP systems, including application servers,databases, and other components. Ensure that the SAP landscape is set up according to best practices and company requirements. System Upgrades and Patching: Plan and execute SAP system upgrades to newer versions. Apply patches and support packages to keep the system current andsecure.

Performance Monitoring and Tuning:

• Monitor the performance of SAP systems to identify and resolve issues. Optimize system performance through tuning and adjustments.

Role Administration:

• Manage user accounts and roles within the SAP landscape. Implement and maintain security policies, including authorizationprofiles.

Backup and Recovery:

• Design and implement backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems. Ensure the integrity and availability of data through regular backups.

Transport Management:

• Handle the transport of configuration changes and developmentsbetween different SAP environments (development, testing, production). Design and implement backup and recovery strategies for SAP systems. Ensure that changes are deployed seamlessly and without disruptions.

System Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

• Monitor SAP system logs and alerts for issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in collaboration with othertechnical teams.

Database Administration:

• Perform database administration tasks for SAP databases (e.g., Oracle,Microsoft SQL Server, SAP HANA). Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.

SAP Landscape Management:

• Manage the overall SAP landscape, including multiple systems andlandscapes.Coordinate the interaction between different SAP components

System Security:

• Implement and maintain security measures to protect SAP systems fromunauthorized access and cyber threats. Conduct regular security audits.

High Availability and Disaster Recovery:

• Implement solutions for high availability and disaster recovery to ensurebusiness continuity. Plan and execute failover and recovery procedures.

Interface and Integration Management:

• Manage interfaces between SAP and other systems. Ensure seamless data flow and integration with third-party Maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP landscapes,configurations, and procedures. Provide documentation for audits and compliance.
