Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate fresh graduates to join our development team as Software Developer Interns. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are eager to kick-start their careers in software development and gain hands-on experience working on live projects and enterprise applications.

Requirements & Skills

• Academic or internship experience with at least 2 projects completed during college or internship tenure
• Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in Core Java and Advanced Java
• Understanding of JSP and Servlet
• Familiarity with JSON and REST APIs
• Knowledge of frameworks such as Hibernate and Spring Boot will be an added advantage
• Understanding of software testing concepts is a plus
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) concepts
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-learning attitude with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment on live projects

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the core development team to build and enhance innovative software solutions
• Contribute to the development of new features and improvements in existing applications
• Analyze, debug, and resolve software defects and issues
• Understand business requirements and participate in the design and development of J2EE applications, reusable components, and web services
• Perform unit testing and ensure software quality standards are maintained
• Maintain proper technical documentation of developed functionalities
• Follow coding standards and quality guidelines
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project deliverables
