Job Title: SEO Executive

Role Summary

We are seeking an SEO Executive who brings a balanced mix of technical SEO understanding, content optimization skills, and practical experience across diverse projects. This role is suited for someone who is comfortable working in a multi-project environment, understands how search intent connects with content quality, and can responsibly leverage AI tools without compromising SEO fundamentals.

The role requires hands-on execution, thoughtful analysis, and the ability to collaborate across teams while managing priorities independently.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Perform keyword research using intent-based and topic-cluster approaches
• Execute on-page SEO including metadata, heading structures, internal linking, and content optimization
• Support off-page SEO initiatives with a focus on quality and relevance
• Identify and address basic technical SEO issues in collaboration with developers
• Conduct SEO audits and translate findings into actionable tasks

Content & Optimization

• Write, edit, and optimize SEO-focused content such as blogs, landing pages, and website copy
• Improve existing content for readability, relevance, and search performance
• Ensure content aligns with brand tone, user intent, and search guidelines
• Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure SEO-friendly implementation

AI & Workflow Efficiency

• Use AI tools responsibly for research, ideation, content structuring, and optimization
• Apply human judgment to refine AI-generated outputs for accuracy, originality, and brand alignment
• Stay updated with evolving SEO and AI trends impacting search performance

Reporting & Analysis

• Track SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and SEO tools
• Monitor rankings, traffic trends, and content performance
• Prepare periodic reports with insights and improvement recommendations

Collaboration & Ownership

• Manage multiple SEO projects across different industries
• Take ownership of assigned deliverables and timelines
• Communicate progress, challenges, and insights clearly within the team
• Contribute ideas for process and performance improvements

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or multi-project environment preferred)
• Experience working on diverse websites or industries (services, startups, e-commerce, etc.)
• Strong content writing and editing skills with an understanding of search intent
• Practical experience with on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and basic technical SEO
• Working knowledge of tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance productivity while maintaining SEO quality standards

Preferred

• Experience with international SEO or multilingual sites
• Understanding of E-E-A-T and content quality principles
• Basic familiarity with HTML or CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
• Ability to analyze competitors and market trends
