4777 Junior DBA Fincraft Re-engineering 1 Mumbai •These resources will be responsible for database administration, performance tuning, backup and recovery, high availability, security, production support, and DR management across our CBS, LOS, LMS, and digital banking applications. •Key Responsibilities •Manage and maintain SQL Server •Database performance tuning and query optimization. •Backup, recovery, replication, and disaster recovery management. •Configure High Availability (HA) and Always-On environments. •Monitor database health, security, and availability. •Support production deployments and critical incidents. •Ensure database security, encryption, and compliance B.E./B.Tech/MCA with relevant DBA experience. 2 to 5 years
Job Description
- SQL Server (Mandatory): Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
- PostgreSQL / MySQL (Preferred): Working knowledge of open-source relational databases.
- Performance Tuning: Experience in query optimization and database performance improvement.
- Backup & Recovery: Expertise in database backup strategies and disaster recovery processes.
- HA/DR Architecture: Understanding of High Availability and Disaster Recovery design and implementation.
- T-SQL, PowerShell/Scripting: Proficiency in T-SQL and automation/scripting using PowerShell or similar tools.
- Database Security & Auditing: Knowledge of database security practices, access control, and auditing mechanisms.
- Preferred Domain: Experience in Banking, Fintech, CBS, LOS, and LMS applications.
