Job Description for Faculty – Banking, Finance and Regulation.

Responsibilities

· Creating content for Banking & Finance related topics for exams like RBI Grade B, SEBI Grade A, NABARD, SIDBI, IRDAI, IFSCAI, Bank PO, Insurance Exams and others. This requires knowledge of Indian Financial System, Basics of Derivatives, Financial Markets, Mutual Funds and also guideline of RBI, SEBI, IRDAI and other regulatory authorities. In some of the exams there are topics related to Costing Methods, Basics of Cost control and analysis, Lean systems, Companies Act 2013 and others.

· End-to-end responsibility of making learning content such as pre-recorded videos, Multiple Choice Questions, conducting live classes, checking descriptive answers, solving students’ quarries, taking up mock interview and others.

· Helping graduate and post-graduate students in preparation of competitive exams by assessing their potential and suggesting study plans.

Qualifications

● Graduate / Post Graduate / Doctorate in Banking/ Finance. Strong academic knowledge and interest in in learning and creating educational content for competitive exams.

● Should have cleared Banking or Regulatory body exams

● Passion for educating students from an average academic background.
