Full job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with SEC HSE requirements and project safety procedures.
  • Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and hazard identification activities.
  • Prepare and review Risk Assessments (RA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Method Statements.
  • Monitor high-risk activities including:
  • Work at Height
  • Lifting Operations
  • Electrical Works
  • OHTL Stringing & Tower Erection
  • Substation Installation Activities
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
  • Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) implementation and LOTO compliance.
  • Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with site safety regulations.
  • Maintain HSE records, reports, inspections, and training documentation.
  • Coordinate emergency drills and emergency response activities.
  • Liaise with SEC representatives and client safety personnel during inspections and audits.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
