Full job description

  • Implement the company's Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable safety laws, regulations, and client requirements.
  • Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.
  • Carry out Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA/JSA).
  • Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
  • Monitor work permits (Hot Work, Work at Height, Confined Space, Electrical, Excavation, etc.).
  • Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare investigation reports.
  • Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to avoid recurrence.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and compliance inspections.
  • Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports.
  • Inspect firefighting equipment and emergency response systems.
  • Ensure emergency evacuation plans and mock drills are conducted.
