Key Job Responsibilities
- Verifying Tax Data: Calling county tax offices to retrieve and confirm property tax information, including amounts due and payment history.
- Using Online Databases: Researching data through platforms like Netroline or specific county websites to supplement phone inquiries.
- Report Preparation: Compiling retrieved data into specified formats or tax certificates for clients or mortgage companies.
- Analyzing Liens: Reviewing judgments, tax liens, and encumbrances that may affect property ownership.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Strong oral communication is essential, often requiring a neutral or US accent due to interactions with American government officials.
