We are looking for a customer-focused Watch Sales Representative to welcome and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable watches with confidence and care. The ideal candidate will communicate well, provide excellent service, and identify opportunities to increase sales through thoughtful, relevant recommendations.

Key responsibilities

Welcome customers and create a friendly, professional in-store experience.

Understand customer preferences, requirements, and budget before recommending products.

Explain watch features, brands, materials, movements, warranties, and care clearly.

Use appropriate upselling and cross-selling techniques without pressuring customers.

Demonstrate watches and help customers compare options.

Maintain attractive, accurate displays and ensure watches are handled and stored safely.

Support billing, sales documentation, stock checks, and follow-up with customers.

Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and store procedures.

Work toward individual and store sales targets while maintaining service standards.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Polite, confident, and customer-focused approach.

Ability to sell efficiently and recommend products based on customer needs.

Interest in watches; prior retail or watch-sales experience is an advantage.

Reliable, well-presented, and comfortable working as part of a team.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
