Full job description

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Must have jewellery knowledge

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
  • Explain product features, prices, offers, and specifications.
  • Handle sales enquiries and convert enquiries into sales.
  • Maintain proper display and presentation of products.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle billing, payments, and basic cash transactions when required.
  • Maintain customer records and follow up with customers.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide proper assistance.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the showroom/store.
  • Check stock availability and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.
  • Coordinate with the sales and store team for smooth operations.
  • Maintain professional behaviour and good communication with customers.
  • Follow company policies, sales procedures, and dress code.
  • Assist with stock counting, product tagging, and inventory management when required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
