Full job description

· Prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees, Shareholder Meeting and annual general meetings (AGMs) and follow up on action points.

· Ensure policies, regulatory, or statutory changes that might affect the organization are up to date.

· Provide legal, financial, and/or strategic work as required by the management.

· Convene and service AGMs, take minutes, draft resolutions, and file required forms and annual returns with appropriate departments.

· Maintain statutory books and records and per the required statutory norms.

· Handle correspondence, collate information, write reports and communicate decisions to relevant company stakeholders.

· Liaise with external regulators, advisers and Auditors.

· Implement processes or systems to ensure good management of the organization.

· Develop and oversee the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.

· Drafting the contractual or/and legal agreements as required time to time for the Company.

· Support in the financial management work of the Company/organisation.

Other secretarial/ legal work as may be require by the management

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
