Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office)

CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA

Experience: 1+ Year

•⁠ ⁠1+ year of experience in operations/support roles

•⁠ ⁠Basic working knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce, Leadsquared, Zoho, etc.

•⁠ ⁠Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reports, basic analysis)

•⁠ ⁠Strong coordination and communication skills

•⁠ ⁠Detail-oriented with ability to manage daily operational tasks efficiently

About the role

This role is ideal for early professionals looking to build a career in operations. You will support day-to-day execution, ensure smooth process flow, and work closely with internal teams to drive efficiency and accuracy.

What you’ll be doing

Operations execution

•⁠ ⁠Support daily operations and ensure tasks are completed within timelines

•⁠ ⁠Maintain data accuracy and follow defined processes

•⁠ ⁠Track key metrics and highlight issues proactively

CRM & data management

•⁠ ⁠Work on CRM tools like Salesforce, Leadsquared, or Zoho for data entry and updates

•⁠ ⁠Maintain lead data hygiene and assist in pipeline tracking

•⁠ ⁠Generate basic reports and dashboards using Excel

Stakeholder coordination

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams like sales and marketing for smooth execution

•⁠ ⁠Follow up on tasks and ensure timely closures

•⁠ ⁠Maintain clear communication across teams

Process support

•⁠ ⁠Follow existing processes and suggest improvements where required

•⁠ ⁠Assist in implementing basic automation and workflow improvements

•⁠ ⁠Identify and flag operational gaps or inefficiencies

What we’re looking for
