Full job description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist(HR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on qualifications and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through networking and proactive sourcing.
  • Conduct reference checks and manage the onboarding process.
  • Track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment process (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
  • Represent the company at job fairs, career events, and on-campus recruitment drives.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • [1-2] years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience hiring for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
