We’re looking for a Senior Manager - PMO Projects, Change and Training skilled in the delivery of projects, change initiatives and training activity aligned to business priorities who’s excited to challenge convention, contribute ideas, and help shape innovative solutions for the world of talent.
Key Accountabilities
What you’ll do:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects and change initiatives, ensuring clear scope, milestones, deliverables and ownership.
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, coordinating activity across workstreams, stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, sponsors and operational leads to support successful delivery.
- Assess change impacts, dependencies and readiness requirements to support effective implementation.
- Coordinate training and supporting materials to enable effective adoption of new processes, tools and governance routines.
- Coordinate across PMO, delivery teams and business stakeholders to maintain alignment across milestones, dependencies and delivery activity.
- Define and track delivery and adoption measures for projects and change initiatives.
- Use data and stakeholder insight to identify risks, readiness gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience delivering projects, change initiatives and training activity within complex business or operational environments for Recruitment &
Talent acquisition scope - Strong experience working with senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities across multiple teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
- Excellent planning, coordination and delivery management capability
- Sound governance, risk management and escalation judgement
- Ability to manage complexity, dependencies and competing priorities
