Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage the inventory of IT assets including laptops desktops servers network devices and peripheral equipment
• Track hardware assets throughout their lifecycle procurement deployment maintenance transfer and disposal
• Ensure accurate asset records in ITAM tools such as ServiceNow HAM Flexera Ivanti BMC Helix or Lansweeper
• Monitor asset compliance and ensure adherence to organizational policies and audit requirements
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors for hardware purchases renewals warranty management and replacements
• Conduct periodic asset audits and physical verification of hardware inventory
• Manage asset allocation movements returns and recovery during employee onboarding and offboarding
• Track warranty lease and support contracts to ensure timely renewals
• Generate asset utilization depreciation and inventory reports for management
• Ensure secure and compliant disposal of end of life hardware assets
• Work closely with IT support procurement finance and security teams to maintain accurate asset data
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical assets and asset management records
• Support software hardware reconciliation and configuration management activities
• Maintain CMDB Configuration Management Database accuracy and data integrity
• Assist in implementing asset management processes standards and continuous improvements
