We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse facilities, optimizing inventory management processes, and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of reusable packaging materials.

2. Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize operational costs.

3. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory levels are optimized to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.

4. Monitor warehouse KPIs, such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rate, on-time delivery, and cycle time, and implement corrective actions as needed.

5. Lead and mentor warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback to foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and communication across all departments.

7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline warehouse operations and enhance overall efficiency.

9. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

10. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology tools to track inventory movements, generate reports, and optimize warehouse layout and space utilization.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

2. Proven experience working in warehouse management or logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team of warehouse personnel.

4. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications; experience with inventory management software is desirable.

6. Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

7. Ability to prioritize workload, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

8. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.

9. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.

10. Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed to support warehouse operations and meet customer demands.
