Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Senior MIS Executive to manage and lead Management Information System (MIS) activities for the Pan India Sales Team and Operations Team. The candidate will be responsible for generating reports, analyzing business data, monitoring team performance, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales MIS Management

-Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the Pan India sales team.

-Monitor sales performance against targets and share performance dashboards with management.

-Track sales trends, customer acquisition, product-wise sales, and regional performance.

-Coordinate with regional sales teams to ensure timely and accurate data submission.

-Analyze sales data and provide recommendations for improving sales effectiveness.

Operations MIS Management

-Generate and maintain operational reports related to order processing, dispatches, inventory, collections, and customer service.

-Monitor operational KPIs and identify process improvement opportunities.

-Ensure data accuracy and consistency across operational systems.

Data Analysis & Reporting

-Develop and automate MIS reports using Excel, Power BI, ERP, or CRM systems.

-Create dashboards and presentations for management review meetings.

-Analyze large datasets and provide meaningful business insights.

-Support management with ad-hoc reports and business analysis.

Team Coordination & Leadership

-Act as the central point of coordination between Sales, Operations, Accounts, and Management teams.

-Guide and support junior MIS executives and data coordinators.

-Ensure timely reporting and compliance with reporting standards across all regions.

Process Improvement

-Identify opportunities for report automation and process optimization.

-Implement best practices for data management and reporting.

-Ensure confidentiality and security of business data.

Required Skills:

-Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards).

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Experience with ERP, CRM, and reporting tools.

-Power BI/Tableau knowledge preferred.

-Excellent communication and coordination skills.

-Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across India.

Experience

5–8 years of experience in MIS, Sales Analytics, Business Analytics, or Operations Reporting.

Experience handling Pan India sales and operations reporting is mandatory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
