Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Logistics Executive to manage international logistics operations, overseas freight coordination, import/export documentation, and shipment execution. The ideal candidate should have experience handling overseas shipments, freight forwarding, export/import processes, and coordinating with suppliers, freight partners, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing & Shipment Execution
• Process customer orders and coordinate with internal departments for shipment readiness
• Monitor order status from receipt through final delivery
• Plan dispatches according to customer delivery commitments
• Handle urgent and multiple shipment requirements efficiently
• Overseas Freight Management
• Coordinate international shipments through Air Freight, Sea Freight (FCL/LCL), and Express Courier
• Obtain freight quotations from freight forwarders and logistics providers
• Compare freight costs and recommend cost-effective shipping solutions
• Book shipments with approved freight forwarders and carriers
• Coordinate shipment schedules to ensure on-time dispatch
• Shipment & Logistics Coordination
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers, customers, warehouses, transporters, and courier partners
• Arrange supplier pickups and shipment movements
• Track shipment status and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Resolve shipment delays and logistics-related issues proactively
• Coordinate inward and outward material movement with warehouse teams
• Import & Export Operations
• Prepare, verify, and maintain shipping documentation including:
• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Certificate of Origin
• Air Waybill (AWB)
• Bill of Lading (BL)
• Shipping Instructions
• Export and Import Documentation
• Ensure compliance with India export/import requirements and international shipping regulations
• Coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders for customs clearance
• Monitor shipment movement until final delivery completion
• Vendor & Freight Partner Management
• Develop and maintain relationships with freight forwarders and courier partners
• Follow up on quotations, shipment bookings, shipment updates, and proof of delivery
• Monitor logistics costs and evaluate delivery performance
• Reporting & System Management
• Maintain shipment trackers and logistics MIS reports
• Update shipment milestones in ERP or internal systems
• Prepare weekly and monthly logistics performance reports
• Maintain accurate shipment records and supporting documentation
• Analyze freight costs and shipping performance using Excel reporting tools

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

• International Logistics: 3 years (Preferred)
• Customs & Documentation: 3 years (Preferred)
• Freight Forwarding: 3 years (Preferred)
