Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Night Shift)
Company: MB Gems & Jewellery LLP
Location: WFH – Surat candidates only
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: Fresher Candidates are also eligible
Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM (US Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
Role Overview
We are looking for a communication-focused professional to support our US operations team. The role involves customer payment follow-ups, shipment tracking, coordination with logistics/customs, and supporting sales & customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with US customers regarding payments through email, WhatsApp, iMessage, and calls
- Track domestic and international shipments regularly
- Coordinate with customs and shipping agencies for clearance delays or shipment updates
- Work closely with customer support and sales teams for order-related updates and issue resolution
- Maintain proper follow-up records and communication updates
- Support internal teams with operational coordination and client communication
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in night shift (US timings)
- Candidate should be based in Surat only
