Retail Beauty Advisor — SIS Counter

Location: Kimirica | Shoppers Stop – Nexus Elante Mall

About Kimirica: Kimirica is a luxury lifestyle and personal care brand known for its vegan, cruelty-free formulations across bath & body care, skincare, haircare, fine fragrances, and luxury gifting. We are expanding our SIS counters at Shoppers Stop stores across India and are looking for passionate Beauty Advisors to join us.

What you'll do

• Be the face of Kimirica on the floor and deliver warm, personalised consultations to every walk-in customer
• Drive sales by understanding customer skin types, concerns, and preferences
• Build repeat relationships and a loyal customer base at the counter
• Maintain high grooming standards and represent the brand with confidence at all times
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets with a positive, proactive attitude

What we're looking for

• Warm, confident, and articulate communicator
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on conversions
• Strong grooming and professional presentation
• Genuine interest in beauty, skincare, and customer experience
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Hindi preferred
• Comfortable with POS systems (a plus)

Eligibility

• Education: Beauty, Cosmetology, or Hospitality background preferred
• Experience: Freshers welcome; prior experience in beauty, retail, or hospitality is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
