Customer Service Associate – International Customer Support (UK Process)

Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic Customer Service Associates to support our UK customers through inbound calls, emails, and live chat channels. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Whether you have prior international customer support experience or are looking to leverage your strong customer service background, this role offers excellent learning and growth opportunities within a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Provide exceptional support and ensure positive customer experiences across all communication channels
  • Make occasional outbound calls for order confirmations, follow-ups, and customer updates
  • Assist customers with product enquiries, order processing, and service-related requests
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively while maintaining high service standards
  • Coordinate with internal operations, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM and internal systems
  • Perform operational and administrative tasks with strong attention to detail
  • Meet individual productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and contribute to business growth
  • Adapt to evolving business requirements and support team objectives

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer service, international support, or voice processes.
  • Experience handling calls, emails, and live chat support
  • Experience supporting UK customers will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with Freshcaller or similar CRM/calling platforms is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
  • Immediate joiners or candidates serving short notice periods preferred

Shift Timings

Aligned with UK Business Hours

During UK Daylight Savings:
12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST

During Non-Daylight Savings Period:
1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST

Additional Information

  • 6 working days per week
  • Fixed Sunday week-off
  • No night shifts

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum
