Roles and Responsibilities:

Canddidates who have experience in Aerospace and Defence companies can apply

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, routing instructions, manuals, and technical specifications to define accurate manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Responsible for the creation and updating of SOIs by validating BOMs and drawings through AIRINA, CATIA, and SAP modules for Airbus and other aerospace programs, along with the creation and maintenance of routings in SAP.
  • Possesses strong knowledge of Product Process Verification (PPV) to identify and highlight specific industrial risks during process validation.
  • Capable of creating and releasing rework instruction sheets for Non-Conformities (NCs), with clear identification and validation of the point of occurrence.
  • Demonstrates good understanding of APQP principles, as well as manufacturing and machining processes related to sheet metal components.
  • Skilled in creating assembly build plans and Bills of Materials (BOM) for various aircraft assemblies.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP routings, including compilation and alignment of EBOM and MBOM for aero structure assemblies.
  • Proficient in developing process sequences and part-flow logic for aero structure assembly using CATIA V5 and 3D Jump tools.
  • Knowledge on PFMEA to identify potential process failures and define risk-mitigation actions.
  • Strong understanding of GD&T, ATA iSpec.
  • Experience with CAD/CAM tools (CATIA V5/V6, Siemens NX), PLM systems, and ERP (SAP).
