Team Leader – NGO Operations

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Location: District / Block Level, Madhya Pradesh

The Center for Welfare, Education & Development (CWED) is looking for a motivated, responsible, and experienced Team Leader to manage NGO operations, coordinate field activities, supervise team members, and support the successful implementation of social welfare and community development programs.

The selected candidate will be responsible for team management, field coordination, reporting, and ensuring that organizational targets and project activities are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate field staff and team members.
• Plan and coordinate NGO activities, awareness campaigns, and community development programs.
• Manage daily operations and monitor team performance.
• Coordinate with district and block-level staff, local communities, and relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct field visits and monitor project progress.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain records, documentation, attendance, and activity reports.
• Support recruitment, training, and orientation of team members.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned targets and organizational responsibilities.
• Promote education, women's empowerment, skill development, digital literacy, and social welfare initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with Social Work, Rural Development, Management, or a related background will be preferred.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, email, and online reporting.
• Ability to coordinate field activities and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned district or block, as required.
• Prior experience with an NGO, social organization, field operations, or project coordination will be an advantage.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
