EasternTrade is a rapidly growing integrated B2B commerce and supply chain platform. We bridge pristine regional cultivation and heritage products starting from North-East India directly with high-volume institutional buyers, supermarket chains, and corporate clients nationwide.

We are looking for result-oriented B2B Bulk Sales Professionals to own regional territories and aggressively expand our corporate footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Bulk Lead Generation: Identify, pitch, and onboard high-volume institutional buyers (Supermarket chains, B2B resellers, large-scale distributors, hotels, restaurants, and corporate gifting clients).

Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle—from initial cold calling and sending product samples to price negotiation and closing bulk contracts.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly bulk sales volume and revenue targets.

Collection Ownership: Ensure seamless coordination with clients for timely payment collections against closed invoices.

Compensation & Performance-Linked Pay

This position operates on a performance-linked, pro-rata retainer model.

Uncapped Upside: Exceeding 90% of your target unlocks accelerated commission tiers and performance bonuses.

Note: Payout drops to pure commission-only metrics if performance falls below the 50% baseline threshold.

Requirements

Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, FMCG distribution, agricultural commodity trading, or corporate gifting channels.

Network: A strong, ready-to-tap local network of wholesale buyers, retail chain procurement managers, or hospitality clients in your city.

Skills: Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and field-mapping abilities. Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently without constant supervision.

Assets: Must own a smartphone and a two-wheeler for local client field visits.
