Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing content (text, images, videos, reels, carousels) in collaboration with the design team.
  • Schedule and publish content using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Track and analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
  • Respond to DMs, comments, and community queries in a timely manner.
  • Plan and execute monthly calendars and campaign plans aligned with marketing goals.
  • Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with influencers and manage small-scale influencer campaigns if required.
  • Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of proven work experience in Social Media or in a similar role. ( Prefered work experience with renowned brands )
  • Strong understanding of social platforms and their algorithms.
  • Use AI platforms for video generation, voiceovers, subtitles, and enhancements
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, basic editing tools, and social scheduling tools.
  • Good copywriting and caption-writing skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and generate fresh, engaging ideas.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
